Your company name and phone number are included within our directory at no cost. If you’d like to have your company listing stand out from the rest, we offer the following advertising opportunities:

  • Featured Company Listing:

    A two-line advertisement above the regular company listings. White text on a green background. Ad will feature company name in bold on the first line, with a tagline (not to exceed 50 characters) and phone number on the second line.  A three month ad runs for $99 (only $33/month!).

  • Square Graphic Ad:

    A 125 x 125 graphical advertisement, using Flash, animated GIF, or a still image (.jpg or .gif only). We can provide design services for these ads at an additional fee (which depends on the ad format and content; please call for details on design rates). These ads link to your website at no additional charge. Note that these links may have the ‘nofollow’ attribute applied. Three month ad run for $99 (only $33/month!).

  • Listing on Multiple Pages:

    We list your company under the city in which you’re located at no charge. Listing on additional city pages is also available at a per-page rate. A three month ad runs for $99/city (only $33 per city per month!).

  • Link to Your Company Website:

    You can add a link from your regular listing to your company website. If you are also purchasing a Featured Company listing, the purchased link will be applied to that listing too. A one year link is available for just $150/year.

  • Website Design Services:

    If you’re looking to build your client-base but you don’t have a company website you’re being overlooked by customers that are shopping for your services online. Having a website makes your company seem more professional, and more attractive to potential customers. We can provide you a basic 3 page website starting at $250, and any number of enhancements can be added for very reasonable prices. If You’d Like to Submit a Blog Post…

We welcome and encourage companies to contribute posts to our blog. Please keep the content useful and relevant to the subject of this website. All posts are subject to review and editing. We do not allow links back to your website within your blog post, and openly promoting your own service or company is not welcome. Posts to our website should be designed to provide useful information to our visitors, specific to a single topic (e.g. the timing of pre-emergent application, lawn mower maintenance, fertilization of tall fescue, etc). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to publish your content, and that proper credit is given if you are using content gathered from another source. We will not be held liable in any way if your content is plagiarized. Please use our Contact Form to suggest a blog post topic for review. If the topic is approved, you’ll be asked to email the post.

Once we’ve accepted your post you become a contributor on our site, and your posts will contain a link to your email address. Visitors will now have the ability to either comment on your post directly, or click the link to send you a direct email. This is a free form of advertising for your company, and demonstrates your expertise in the subject you write about. You are encouraged to check back often and respond to visitor comments on your blog posts.

Additional Info:

All advertisements will run for a minimum 3 month period. Requests for periods of 6 and 12 months should be submitted via our contact form.

Advertising fees are due in advance and are completely non-refundable.

New advertisements are run on the first day of the month. In order to have an ad run on the first day of the upcoming month, your order must be received prior to the 26th of the current month. Ad space is awarded as available on a “first-come first-served” basis.

We may attempt to contact you prior to the expiration of your ad, so that you can renew the ad without any lapse. However, the primary responsibility is upon you to track your own ad, and we accept no responsibility for the lapse of your ad if we fail to contact you for any reason. Also, note that during the final month of your ad run, our database will show that your ad position is available for the upcoming month: place your renewal orders early to avoid losing your ad position.
